We don’t hold or store your financial information (Paypal account information or credit card details) because all transactions are processed through third party payment processors (WooCommerce/Stripe and Paypal).
We collect personal information from you when you complete your order form on our website.

How we use your personal information
Your personal information (name and email address) is used to set-up your USA sim card account.
We may also use your personal information to contact and communicate with you, for internal record keeping, for marketing and to send you promotional information about third parties that we think may be of interest to you.
When do we disclose your personal information
In order to set-up your USA SIM Card account, we disclosed to AT&T or T-Mobile your name and email address. We do not disclose any other information about you to AT&T or T-Mobile.
In addition, we may disclose your personal information to:
• your authorised representatives or your legal advisers (e.g. when requested by you to do so);
• third parties, including agents or sub-contractors, who assist us in providing information, products, services or direct marketing to you including our accountants, auditors and lawyers; and

This may include parties located, or that store data, outside of Australia.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that AT&T and T-Mobile, and other third parties, are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations similar to those contained in this Privacy Policy in relation to the protection of your personal information.

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to some exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons.
We reserve the right to charge a fee for searching for and providing access to your information.
