Returns & Refund Policy

If you bought a physical SIM Card or eSIM and changed your mind you can return your physical SIM Card, or cancel your eSIM:

(1) Within 14 days of receiving the physical SIM in the post.

(2) Within 14 days of purchasing your eSIM.

(3) And only if your physical SIM Card or eSIM has not been activated.

You must contact us by email to [email protected] within the 14 day period described above. We’ll contact you with the next steps  about your refund. When you email us please include your name and order number.

If you purchased a physical SIM Card you will need to send the physical SIM Card back to us and upon receipt of the returned physical SIM Card we will process your refund. You will bear the cost of returning the physical SIM Card to us.
